We’re the two brothers behind Kuro. Born in Mombasa, Kenya, and later moving to Canada, we grew up with big dreams, very little, and parents who taught us to work hard and help others along the way. Between juggling school, jobs, late nights, and the immigrant grind, we promised ourselves that if we ever built something of our own, it would be done with intention, care, and meaning.

Kuro is that promise. Built slowly - one paycheck at a time - sketched at kitchen tables and shipped from cramped rooms that doubled as our warehouse. We create essentials that feel thoughtful, useful, and built to last - pieces you’re proud to carry as you grow into who you’re becoming.
